Time & Format
Men's Show Start time: 9:30 AM (event will run straight through with a 30 minute intermission after group comparisons and before individual presentations/ awards) Women's Show Start time: 2:00 PM (event will run straight through with a 30 minute intermission after group comparisons and before individual presentations/ awards) The schedule of events will take place over 2 segments to help ease flow of foot traffic over the course of the day, and to help with spectators planning to attend the event. Approximated times for each segment are listed below. NOTE: Times may be slightly adjusted in the event of a segment going over. Tickets
Adult General Admission $50, Under 10 General Admission $25. Children under 5 years old no charge, Assistant (general admission plus backstage access): $75(only applicable to those helping a competitor prepare backstage). One assistant max per competitor is permitted. Tickets will be available for online until Dec 30. 2025. Entry Fees & Deadlines
If entry is received by Feb 28th: Entry $120. Entry fee for each additional class $80. After Feb. 28th, late entry fee of $129 applies. March 14th is the last day entries will be accepted. Entries are non- refundable and non transferable.
Categories
Categories being offered are Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Women’s Physique, Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, and Men’s Classic Physique. Competitors may not participate in more than one category at a show.

Men's Physique: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 40+, 50+, 60+, Open

Men's Bodybuilding: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 40+, 50+, 60+, Open
Women's Physique: Teen, Debut, Novice, Age 35+, 40+, 50+, 60+, Open.
DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.
NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it).
Classes
When more than one class in a division, classes are formed by dividing competitors evenly by height.
Entering More than One Division (Crossover Entries)
A crossover entry is entering more than one division within a category. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well.
Awards
The Top 5 amateurs in each class will receive awards.Best Poser Award for best male and female presentation after routines. Costumes and props are welcome if they can be removed from stage without assistance.
Eligibility
Amateur OCB Memberships must be purchased by March 15th at OCBonline.com. This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the OCB drug testing guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review the procedures and list of banned substances posted on OCBonline.com.
Banned Substances Screening Methods
All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. In addition, all pro qualifying placement winners and top 3 in each pro class are required to provide a urine specimen immediately after the conclusion of the event for urinalysis. (Remove reference to pro classes when not applicable)
Check-Ins/Drug Test Screenings
Link to Schedule coming soon: Banned Substance screens are by appointment on Thursday March 19 and Friday March 20 at the host hotel. No check-ins on day of show. The screening fee is $60 and is payable in cash only at the time of screening. Exact change would be appreciated. Music
All competitors, for every category, are to send their routine/stage walk music in the form of a mp3 or m4a file to Christopher.Sykes@beaufort.k12.sc.us CC chris.j.sykes@gmail.com, no later than 4:00 PM on March 18. NOTE: Music should be no longer than 45 seconds and must not contain profanity. If music is not received by 4pm, house music will be used the day of the event. Please indicate in your email with your mp3 cut, if you will walk out to your song or start on stage when your music begins.

Backstage Policy
Add backstage policies. Example: One assistant max per competitor is allowed backstage. The assistant must purchase a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and backstage access.
Competitor Prep Area
Add details about the competitor prep area Example: Light weights, bands and mirrors will be backstage for use in preparing to go on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.

Category Crossovers
Participants cannot compete in more than one category at any given contest. Crossovers are not allowed between Bikini, Wellness, Figure, and Women's Physique, or between Men's Physique, Men's Bodybuilding, and Men's Classic Physique.
